Work hard, be honest
When did you first realize that your business was going to succeed?
I didn’t build my business, my father did, as it’s a family business, but we have survived for 50 years because we’ve adapted.

I meet people every day who inspire me
What characteristic do you most admire in other business owners?
I admire business owners who run successful service businesses with a strong emphasis on customer service.
What does the world need more of?
People with a strong work ethic.
If you had 3 more hours in a day, what would you do with them?
Play golf or cycle but probably work.
Which of your personal traits makes you proudest?
Knowing what you know now, what would you have done differently when you first started out?
I would have attended more events like RMA does. I would have put myself out there more and promoted my business.
What does success mean to you?
It’s not money. It’s recognition by peers and clients you’ve worked with who trust you.
What’s the best thing about being a local business owner?
I feel like we can make a difference in our community.
