As a Richmond-based firm, Simplicity VoIP went local with the sourcing of its data center infrastructure positioning its main switch in QTS’s Richmond, VA data center with a second presence in their Dallas, TX location. This configuration provides clients a true geo-redundant VoIP solution supporting its commitment to 100% up-time.
