The Center for Corporate Education at the VCU School of Business is excited to offer Creating Customer Loyalty, a full-day professional development workshop focused on ways entrepreneurs, business owners, and front-line service ambassadors can take their customer experience to the next level. By completing this program, participants will gain a better understanding of the following areas: the four styles of customer service, dealing with upset customers, harnessing phone power and first impressions, the difference between satisfaction and loyalty, and practical applications of these new skills.
