  1. Turn off Email Notifications

    Ever found that you can get more done in an hour before the shop opens, or when you escape to a cafe than you can the rest of the day? We’ve all been there. It’s amazing what you can do when you have an uninterrupted hour.

    By making lists and prioritizing the top three things that NEED to be accomplished today, and then setting aside uninterrupted time for those tasks, studies have shown huge increases in productivity.

  3. Flag Emails That Need Attention

    When sorting through those endless emails, flagging the ones that still need following-up or more attention, is a great way to manage the inbox. Archiving emails that don’t need a response can declutter your inbox.
