In early 2013, Vince Riggi, Alex Wotring, and Brian Marks started Belle Isle Craft Spirits. Inspired by resourceful Civil War soldiers, Belle Isle Premium Moonshine is hand-made in small batches using 100% organic corn and purified water from the James River.
