Kitchen Thyme is two commercial kitchen spaces under one roof providing the necessary area to produce culinary creations which will increase productivity and profitability. The two kitchens located in 3,500 square feet, will be made available to food trucks and carts, caterers, chefs, and farmers market vendors and bakers.

For the home-based chef, Kitchen Thyme offers a dream kitchen as well as a space to host parties including a full range of top-of-the-line equipment featuring Sub-Zero™ and Wolf™ appliances. The professional kitchen has a range of commercial kitchen equipment all under a 27 foot hood. Culinary entrepreneurs will have a kitchen to use to expand their business. Chefs and cooking experts can perform demonstrations, host cooking shows and teach interactive cooking classes.

Both kitchens are certified under the VDH and VDACS. Dry storage space is available for rent for you to leave your own cooking equipment under lock and key – no need to bring it every time you come. Cold and frozen storage is also available for rent. Kitchen Thyme’s kitchens will be available for rent 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and are conveniently located at the corner of West Broad Street and Hungary Springs in the Olde Towne Shopping Center, next to Stein Mart.
