CALL TO ACTION to Restaurant Owners

A copy of House Bill 1927 is below for your review. Please call or email to express your opposition to this bill to the Delegates listed below. Please make your communication by this Thursday morning, the bill will be heard in General Laws Sub Committee on Thursday afternoon. Contacting each member is important, however, make certain you contact Delegate Chris Peace as he is the only Delegate from the Richmond Region on this subcommittee.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Display of restaurant inspection reports. Requires every restaurant licensed by the State Board of Health to display a copy of the most recent restaurant inspection report, ~~which shall include evidence of the number of critical violations found during the inspection~~, in a place where it is readily observable by the public transacting business with the establishment.
