"Initiating and Sustaining Change"
Gayle Turner, Managing Partner,
Catch Your Limit Consulting
Leadership is defined as initiating and sustaining change, while growing new leaders. Initiating change is no big deal. Everybody changes something every day. The difficulty is sustaining change. Change unfolds in a somewhat predictable series of events. Learn a tried and true process for:
- identifying desirable changes
- getting buy-in from your associates
- managing the operational and the behavioral aspects of change
- embracing the new behaviors
Remember, making a change is easy. It’s also just as easy to fall back into the old ways. It requires vigilance to maintain the discipline of behaving differently. One of leadership’s most important legacies is to teach your organization how to change and adapt in order to survive. Explore the mindset and skill sets necessary to realize sustainable change.
As our Credo states, “Catch Your Limit is about people paying attention to people . . . about the power of good ideas that passionate, motivated and fully energized people can generate.” Gayle is best in the world at creating engaging environments, giving people confidence in their ideas and establishing a structure that helps all different types of people work together and achieve results.

Confusing????
Many businesses perceive that it is too difficult and time consuming to apply for loans in the current economic environment. By coordinating with the Small Business Administration and local bank executives, RMA is making available actionable, timely and comprehensive information in order to help stabilize and grow businesses.
- A brief general session will be held, to decipher the loan process including benefits such as low fees and information on recent stimulus initiatives. Presenters will be from the Small Business Administration and Retail Merchants Association.
