Through the Retail Merchants Association, retail member employers can get answers to general questions via telephone regarding Virginia labor/employment law from an attorney experienced in this area. This service is not to be construed as the rendering of legal advice or representation.

David E. Nagle, Esq., with Jackson Lewis LLP, has been retained by the Association to deliver this service. There is no charge to those retail member companies seeking general information regarding labor/employment law from Mr. Nagle. There is a one-hour-per-year limit for each retail member company using this service.
